1. Introduction, Definitions and Terms
These General Conditions define the conditions for using the website finaco.ro, hereinafter referred to as the Site, by potential visitors/users or customers. By accessing and browsing this site, you implicitly accept the terms of use described below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please leave this website.
FINACO – is the commercial name of FINACO SRL, a legal entity registered in Romania, with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 7 Rapsodiei Street, Apartment 10, Cluj County, having Trade Register number J12/1180/2003, unique fiscal registration code RO15426994.
Finaco.ro– means the website www.finaco.ro, or finaco.ro as well as our pages available on social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc;
Site – the internet page hosted at the web address www.finaco.ro respectively finaco.ro and its subdomains.
User – means any person who accesses www.finaco.ro and/or uses in any way the materials, information or any other data available on or through finaco.ro, contained in our newsletters, on our social pages or in any other product that is created or made available by finaco.ro
Content – represents:
– all information on finaco.ro that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed through electronic equipment;
– the content of any email sent to Users by FINACO through electronic means and/or any other available means of communication;

Commercial Communications – any type of message sent (such as: email/SMS/phone/mobile or web notifications/etc.) containing general information and dedicated themes, information about products/services similar to or complementary to those you have purchased, information about offers or promotions, as well as other commercial communications such as market research and opinion polls.
2. Disclaimer and Contractual Documents
The content of the information refers to the description in a certain degree of detail of FINACO SRL's activities, products and services. FINACO SRL will not provide any guarantee regarding: a) difficult use or interruption of site use; b) non-negative affecting of other systems through site use; Thus FINACO SRL cannot be responsible for any direct or indirect damages produced through the use of its site.

Any use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Document or by the accompanying usage agreement, if it exists, is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality

6.1.3 The User can unsubscribe, at any time, from Commercial Communications by accessing the unsubscribe link displayed in commercial messages received from FINACO or by contacting FINACO in this regard.
7. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
When you visit FINACO SRL's website, the web server automatically records the name of your internet service provider and the website from which you visit us. Other personal data will only be stored if voluntarily provided by you, for example, in the context of a registration, opinion poll, contest or during the execution of a contract. When information is requested from you through this Site, this is for the purpose of identifying you or the possibility to contact you. 8. Force Majeure
8.1. Neither party shall be liable for the non-execution of its contractual obligations if such non-execution in time and/or properly, totally or partially is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
8.2. If within 15 (fifteen) days from its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the rightful termination of the contract without either of them being able to claim damages from the other.
9. Information for Users
As a User you have the following responsibilities: – to provide true, accurate and complete data about yourself, as required by the registration/contact form when applicable; – to maintain and update, when the situation requires, contact data to be true, accurate and complete. 11. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
11.1. This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between FINACO and Users will be resolved amicably or, if this will not be possible, disputes will be solved by the competent Romanian courts in Cluj-Napoca.
