Since 2011, I have been active in the human resources field, carrying out a wide range of labor-related activities. These include coordinating personnel administration (hirings, departures, suspensions, objective or disciplinary dismissals, and communicating these to the competent authorities), recruitment and selection (including activities related to promoting the employer's image or employer brand), payroll, calculating social contributions and income tax, and submitting relevant tax declarations in accordance with national and European legislation.

Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to participate in very diverse projects, such as assisting with inspections initiated by the Romanian Labor Inspectorate and other EU states in the field of transnational secondment, requesting European forms (among others, portable document A1), completing formalities for obtaining authorizations for temporary work agencies, requesting subsidies following the adoption of measures for reduced working hours or the employment of individuals from specific groups, requesting work permits and residence permits for permanent non-EU workers, conciliation between employer and employee (including in cases of complaints filed with the Labor Inspectorate or court actions, being part of the legal team), or managing conflict situations such as spontaneous strikes initiated without adhering to the regulated procedure in the Social Dialogue Law and leading to a complete interruption of activity, or ensuring formalities for recovering unpaid wages from the Wage Guarantee Fund. I have also participated in collective bargaining, the conclusion and registration of collective labor agreements at the company level, and the drafting of internal regulations.
